Person-centred counselling
There are many reasons why individuals consider counselling. Life is not always easy, and it's okay to want to access support.

Person-centred counselling allows you to build a trusting relationship with your counsellor. You will be encouraged to lead the session and discuss what you want at your own pace.

I can offer a safe, confidential space that welcomes you to explore various aspects of your life, enabling you to understand your feelings and reflect on things that may be troubling you. I will listen to you, be accepting, showing empathy and compassion in a non-judgemental way.

I have worked with a range of clients who are struggling with certain aspects of their lives and have come to counselling to talk about their worries. Counselling is a journey that some individuals dip in and out of depending on their life journey and experiences, which allows them to discuss their concerns in a safe environment and work through their concerns.
